Traffic Regulators, LLC Hiring for Human Resources Coordinator at Pittston, PA Full Time

Job Description

· Writing employee discipline letters – Document all employee infractions

· Handling employee complaints, issues, and concerns – Employee Relations

· Answering employee requests and questions

· Labor notice postings/Workers Compensation postings for back room

· Workers Compensation Issues/Claims – Acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers

· Rental equipment paperwork

· Ordering equipment needed for new employees (ie: helmets, vests, pants, slow/slow paddles, drug tests, flags, etc.) Keeping inventory log so equipment is not stolen/lost.

· Maintain employee records, making sure all documentation is up to date

· Handling and planning safety meeting agendas and paperwork

· Assisting with new employee hiring processes

· Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice

· Handling incoming calls and other communications

· Mail out employee company update letters as needed by management

· Notify unemployment office of discrepancies on employees – Attend UC appeal hearings when necessary

· Recording information as needed

· Greeting clients and visitors

· Helping organize and maintain office common areas

· Maintain and stock all paperwork (ie: time sheets, safety sheets, truck check lists, etc.)

· Update and maintain internal staff contact lists and notify appropriate management team members (ie: email, change of address, phone numbers)

· Be able to explain company policies and regulations (ie: Fringe Benefit Plan)

· Tasks as needed by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
