Trailstone is an independent insurance agency representing over 40 insurance carriers… we are growing aggressively and seeking a licensed commercial account manager with 5+ years of commercial insurance experience to help manage our growing book of commercial business.
The ideal candidate would have 5+ years of commercial insurance experience in account management, customer service or underwriting, must be self-motivated, independent and enjoy providing quality customer service.
We will provide training and instruction as needed but will not be micromanaging your work and there is the possibility of working from home for the right individual.
Compensation is a base with incentives to maintain / grow book of business as well as the growth of the agency.Salary Range: $45000.00 – $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Advise clients through email, phone and chat messaging as needed.
• Endorse policies for clients as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with our existing client base.
• Prepare quotes for new and existing customers.
• Document customer interactions in agency management software. (Ezlynx)

Requirements

• Property and casualty insurance license is required- with at least 5 years of customer service and insurance service or sales experience on the commercial side.

• Working knowledge of computer software: Microsoft Office products, DropBox, Customer Management Software.

• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening.

• Be self-motivated, we are looking for a self starter.

• Willingness to learn and be coached.

• Able to work full time- typically 9-5 but there is some flexibility on schedule.
