Transformations Care Network Hiring for Regional Operations Project Manager Job at Remote Full Time

**This position is remote with required regional travel to the Greater Boston area to include, Foxborough, Framingham, Waltham/Needham, and Woburn, Massachusetts**

Transformations Care Network is a multi-state network of outpatient mental health clinics, striving toward the vision that all communities should have a safe space where people can improve their mental health and wellbeing. The Transformations De Novo team leads an exciting avenue of growth by opening clinics with an array of clinical services in new markets, to improve mental health outpatient access in those communities.

The Regional Operations Project Manager plays a critical role in new clinic launches by ensuring that all clinical and operational tasks are being executed promptly. The Manager will oversee and support launches for multiple clinics simultaneously, with responsibilities including developing and overseeing the project plan for new clinic launches, ensuring that all teams are aware of their targets and timelines, facilitating regular check-ins and launch debriefs, and documenting the process. Ideal candidates are team players who are not hesitant to roll up their sleeves and pitch in when work needs to get done. This role reports to the National Director of Operations at Transformations Care Network.

Role Responsibilities:

• In concert with leadership, develop comprehensive clinic launch plans and timelines using our preferred project management tool, covering all functional areas (Operations, Construction Management, Clinical Partners, Recruiting, and Marketing)
• Ensure all project participants and stakeholders are aware of responsibilities and deadlines
• Co-facilitate regular check-ins on progress and update project status and timeline accordingly in the project management tool and summary recaps from these meetings to inform leadership
• Work with project participants to identify and address issues that could cause delay or additional expense, reporting these to leadership to ensure visibility and timely intervention
• Document the new clinic launch playbook and update iterations, ensuring version control is maintained for historical reference
• Recommend process improvements for future clinic launches at regular intervals and post-launch
• Support on an as-needed basis with task completion, including clinic licensure submissions, payer information applications, site, and utility setup, and clinic design coordination
• Ability to travel to clinic locations, as needed, and support remotely between on-site visits (Travel up to 60%)

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in project management
• Ability to quickly pivot between tasks/projects while maintaining attention to detail pivotal
• Resourcefulness, creativity, and curiosity
• Demonstrated skills in organization, communication, and people management
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Commercial building and regulatory compliance experience helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
