Human Resources Job Functions

• Assist with recruitment and orientation of exempt and nonexempt employees
• Providing clerical support such as filing, copying, scanning, data entry, and correspondence
• Maintains employee personnel files in line with company policies and government regulations
• Maintains office bulletin board and updates posting compliance
• Assist in coordination of training and development programs
• Assist with Benefit Enrollment
• Organize documents and implement policy and procedure
• Ensures that all steps of the hiring process are completed
• Completing verifications of employment requests; verifying I-9 documentation and maintaining current employee files
• Plan and coordinate employee events as well as a employee engagement
• Performs other administrative duties as required

Safety Job Functions:

• Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics
• Review existing policies and procedures
• Adhere to all the rules and regulations
• Conduct risk assessment
• Ensure all employees are acting in adherence with the rules and regulations
• Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes
