Our client in Mebane, NC is now hiring for an HR Generalist for a BRAND-NEW facility!

What you will do-
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems
- In office workspace
- Support the HR team and recruitment efforts
- Oversee all HR records and personnel files
- Oversee payroll administration
- Maintain market awareness of compensation trends
- Coordinate training of new employees
- Employee engagement
- Other duties as needed
What we need-
- 3+ years’ experience in HR in a manufacturing or distribution center
- Understanding of Labor laws
- Working knowledge of payroll administration
- Previous experience using a variety of HRIS systems
- Working knowledge of supply chain
- 15% travel required
