Purpose:
The role of the AMI is to develop and maintain client accounts and build favorable relationships with clients by crafting targeted strategies designed to meet specific client needs. This person will make recommendations based on internal and external factors; design and implement action plans; and keep in contact with the client at all stages. An AMI is expected to perform work under general supervision; handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff; and possess working knowledge of subject matter. In addition to serving as the liaison to the client, the successful AMI will establish relationships internally with other departments in the organization.
