JOB SUMMARY: We are searching for our first Human Resources Administrator to join our management team and help ensure equitable practices, strengthen inclusion, and promote a culture of inclusivity and belonging that embraces the contributions of all 30+ team members. This full-time position is responsible for helping to create and maintain a thriving work environment and ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication. The Administrator will lead and direct routine HR functions including talent management, benefit administration, and compliance with employment regulations, They will advise management in HR policy and program matters, including employee relations, and develop and drive creative initiatives and activities.

LOCATION: Hybrid position includes remote work & onsite at one of TCHNetwork offices located in Naturita, Montrose, Delta or Telluride. First 30 days require 2-3 days onsite in Telluride office.
