Business Need / Purpose of Role:
The North America HR Director reports directly to the VP, Global Human Resources and is responsible for leading, planning, directing, developing, and coordinating the strategy and policies for the North American business units. This regional leadership role requires, strong strategic business partnership, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple and competing projects. The leader must have strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to influence at all levels across the region. In addition, the incumbent should have a passion for collaboration among peers, continuous improvement, and a desire to engage in regional and global projects aimed at strengthening the global Human Resources function.
