Our client is a growing plumbing company specializing in commercial new construction, TI, and service!
They are now hiring a Service Department Operations Manager for the Los Angeles, CA area. This will be a direct-hire opportunity with full benefits including medical benefits, company matched 401(k), life insurance, PTO, Holiday Pay, company car or car allowance, company paid cell phone and lap top! Base salary is $150K-$200K+ DOE!
Duties:
- Oversee 6 branches and 6 branch managers in Southern California
- Expected to manage PNL (Profit and Loss), balance sheet, budget, and targeting
- Travel to various branches and check in on reports, finances
- Must be hands on and teach/train branch managers how to effectively run their branch and handle finances

- Must have commercial and residential service company management experience
- High level of plumbing knowledge
- Understands the financial side of the business
- Degree in finance a plus but not required
