Trinity Groves is looking for Chefs/Chef de Cuisine to supervise daily back of house restaurant operations. Chefs/Chef de Cuisine responsibilities include supervising the food prep and cooking, maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness standards. They will work closely with the GM of the store in order to execute the vision of the company. To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage our kitchen staff and guide them to deliver quality food on time and to spec. Ultimately, you will ensure all plates are properly cooked and served and our customers have a pleasant dining experience. Familiarity with Toast POS and Restaurant 365 a plus, but not required.
