We are seeking a Employee Health Services Nurse to join our Employee Health Services in Boise!
As an Employee Health Services Nurse in the Saint Alphonsus Health System, your focus would be on the promotion and restoration of health, prevention of illness and injury, and protection from workplace hazards. As the Employee Health Nurse, you would identify educational needs related to promotion of safety, health, and risk prevention. You would also administer the employee health and workers’ compensation program for Saint Alphonsus Medical Center (SAMC) Nampa and provide support to SAMC –Ontario and Baker City.
About this Position: Administering post-offer health assessments including evaluation of current health status and detailed medical history and evaluate immunization history to determine vaccine needs and administers CDC recommended healthcare worker vaccinations. collaborates with teams on achieving corporate Colleague Safety initiatives and provides education to colleagues related to aspects of health and wellness.
