Our client has an immediate need for a Compensation Manager, Total Rewards to lead the Total Rewards and Benefits programs, working closely with the CHRO and will partner and provide support to the HR team to develop, implement, and administer global rewards policies and benefit programs. This position will be responsible for the administration of global compensation programs that support company goals and objectives, through analytical and professional support of key processes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in full cycle Compensation and Benefits working with a global company with at least 500 employees. Candidates with a CCP are preferred. This role is a hybrid role for an independent contributor.
