Position Overview:
The Route Sales Representative (“RSR”) must establish good business practices that will enable route to grow to potential. RSR’s must commit to excellent attendance and punctuality as they must meet deadlines and ensure timely deliveries. RSR’s work closely with customers and support all sales initiatives to achieve expectations. RSR’s are responsible for account development with regards to ordering, merchandising, and display opportunities.

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two-three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, requires continuous physical exertion, such as sitting and driving for long periods of time, walking, standing, stooping, lifting and maneuvering material or equipment. May be required to lift up 75 lbs. and frequent twisting, turning, reaching, pushing and pulling use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs, balance; stoop, kneel or crouch; talk and hear.
Work Environment:
Work is normally performed in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery and/or loud noise. Schedule may include weekends and holidays.
