Trox is currently seeking an experience Project Manager, Operations, to assist our operations leader with a variety of projects. This role plays an important part of our goal to bring technology to students; we are proud to serve thousands of school districts reaching 27 million students in North America.

• Responsible for managing ongoing projects for large customers
  • Ensuring timelines are met and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple channels (Onsite team, IT, Operations team, Customer Service and 3rd party vendors)
• Develop project plans for new clients/projects that require operations support
  • Onboarding a new customer with services
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress
• Measure project performance and make necessary adjustments
• Track project costs in order to meet budgetary goals
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources accordingly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a project manager and with project management software
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Experience in operations is an asset
• Extremely resourceful with proven ability to anticipate and solve problems quickly and effectively
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle; ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
