Regional Operations Manager
Full-Time / Exempt

Regional Operations Manager is responsible for planning, controlling, organizing, and directing the store operations function of multiple locations within the region to ensure the overall strategies and initiatives are implemented. This position partners with the Store Managers and Regional Manager to recruit, hire, on-board, develop, and manage the performance of field associates.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Recommends, trains, coaches/mentors, evaluates, and provides leadership to Store Managers in support of the Regional Manager
• Develops, communicates, and tracks regional objectives
• Monitors weekly and monthly the Store performance of Key Operational Metrics
• Develops and recommends operational strategies to Store Managers and Regional Management
• Works closely with Regional Manager to implement all regional and corporate change initiatives

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent work experience
• Five years of experience in operations or sales
• Minimum two years of multi-location field management experience
• Heavy duty industry (or similar) experience
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to travel minimum 50% (within the region)
