TruConnect Communication Inc Hiring for Director of Marketing Job at Los Angeles, CA Full Time

TruConnect is a fast-growing nationwide wireless provider offering mobile and broadband services. We’re on a mission to bridge the digital divide and ensure underserved communities, low-income individuals and families, and those experiencing temporary financial hardships all have access to necessary communications. In today’s environment, wireless and broadband are essential, and everyone needs and deserves to stay connected. We provide affordable, high-quality text, talk and data services, as well as no-contract, pay-as-you-go smartphone and hotspot services, including both mobile data plans and prepaid cell phone talk and text plans. As the government places significant resources behind getting everyone in the country connected, we’re poised for growth and are building out our team.

We’re looking for a resourceful, data-driven marketing leader to be our new Director of Marketing, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. In this newly created role, you will lead the strategy and execution of all performance-marketing initiatives, and will be responsible for increasing traffic, leads, and sales for our online channel. You will also help to revamp, differentiate, and develop awareness for the TruConnect brand.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and execute a strategic marketing plan, informed by data, to grow online sales and develop new audiences for TruConnect products
• Shepherd the company’s digital advertising initiatives to increase awareness and deliver on the company’s objectives for growth
• Track and analyze customer acquisition data, key performance indicators, and trends
• Oversee all SEO and SEM initiatives
• Constantly optimize the search keywords and audiences used to target potential TruConnect customers across Google, Facebook, Twitter, and other advertising platforms
• Manage the monthly and quarterly marketing budgets across numerous media with a focus on driving the most cost-effective campaigns possible
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to the Executive Leadership Team
• Develop new creative content to share across marketing channels; optimize existing content
• Identify the right channels to target prospective TruConnect customers
• Working with the CMO, revamp the overarching TruConnect brand
• Work closely with corporate departments including Human Resources, Inventory, Sales Support, Marketing, etc. to meet the company goals

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• 7-10 years of proven hands-on demand-generation experience
• Entrepreneurial, creative problem-solving skills to grow online sales channels
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong commitment to company values, and the ability to work in a team and sales-driven environment
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
