So, what is the role and requirements? Looking for an individual who has high interest in guest satisfaction, teamwork and management.

Looking for an Project Manager, with construction experience, who can coordinate ongoing asset management, renovations and new build hotel construction projects. Must have the ability to work with architects, engineers, vendors and contractors. The ideal candidate is organized and can read and interpret drawings and specifications. (Background in architecture and/or engineering preferred but not required)

The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects within a defined timeline and budget through all phases of the project life cycle. They will also be responsible for ensuring the communication between all involved parties (hotel, construction team, architect, Interior design, procurement and all others involved).

What you will be doing:

• Work with property level maintenance team members on preventative maintenance process and determine appropriate construction methods to carryout work.
• Manager and oversee Quore management system
• Develop and implement quality control programs.
• Plan, coordinate and complete assigned activities and ensures all deliverables meet or exceed defined quality levels.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarizes progress of projects.
• Close out projects at their completion; to include the final comparison of completed project costs to budget as well as providing all closeout documentation.
• Develop project budgets that conform with the planed scope of work.
• Prepare s for upper management regarding status of project.
• Assist in managing vendors and subcontractors including procuring bids, lead in price comparison/negotiations for property large item need
• Manage purchase orders to budgets and invoices; meet budgets; ensure timely vendor payments.
• Create s and logs showing the current and forecast budget

What we are looking for:

• Must be attentive to detail
• Possess good communication and coordination skills
• Available to work varied schedules and travel as needed
• A degree in Construction Management or Project Management preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Required knowledge and skills:

• Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing
• Strong organization skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and meet critical time deadlines are crucial to this position.

Essential Skills/Credentials/Experience/Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Ability to delegate and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
