TrueNet Communications is currently seeking a Director of Construction Services in Phoenix, Arizona. The Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership and driving efficiencies within the organization. This position manages and directs senior leaders to build a performance driven Professional Services team; setting the tone through strategic planning and clear, effective communication of initiatives, objectives, and performance including developing and implementing organizational metrics to drive results. (This purpose is meant to be a guide. Duties may vary dependent upon management.)

Essential Position Functions:

• Direct the activities and productivity of a department/ organization to achieve financial and strategic goals.
• Build and maintain an effective management team.
• Partner with senior management to sustain current operations and develop future programs/ services.
• Effectively manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Propose and establish project specifications and requirements based on executive directives, business strategy, and client parameters.
• Responsible for financial reporting and performance of respective division to executive team.
• Develop high level project timelines for management team.
• Work with the staff, Finance Department, and executive group in preparing budgets.
• Forecast monthly job costs/margins and ensure that the organization operates within budget guidelines.
• Be responsible for the recruitment, employment, and release of all personnel within the division
• Ensure an effective management team, with appropriate provision for succession, is in place.
• Maintain a climate which attracts, keeps, and motivates a diverse staff of top quality people.
• Schedule and attend departmental meetings as necessary.
• Manage assigned offices, facilities, and assets.
• Maintain a working knowledge of developments and trends relevant to the division.
• Works with sales dept. to grow business, develop SOW intended for customer, provide preliminary and gross margin model for approval by CEO.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

• 
  10+ years of industry or departmental related experience required as a Construction Manager/Director managing multiple projects in multiple cities in the Telecom industry.
• 
  Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• 
  Must have a Valid DL and pass a Motor Vehicle Record report for the last 7 years.
