About the
Position: TruHearing is a rapidly growing and evolving company seeking to recruit and retain great employees by providing a great culture and comfortable working environment. As TruHearing’s Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the administration, coordination and evaluation of TruHearing’s human resources functions, overseeing recruiting efforts, orienting new employees, reviewing and implementing employee policies and procedures, coordinating performance management, maintaining employee information and files, evaluating employee benefits packages, administering compensation strategy, counseling managers regarding employee discipline and planning employee events. You must be detail oriented and excited to develop relationships with co-workers and managers in all departments. Lastly, you should have experience with HR software or very comfortable learning and administering software.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain employee policies and procedures, including to maintain employee handbook and respond to questions about policies, and ensure they align with TruHearing’s strategic and cultural goals.
· Identify ways to evangelize and improve TruHearing’s culture.
· Administer TruHearing’s HR software, ADP Workforce Now, to maintain employee files, employee directory and implement other HR processes.
· Advise and consult with managers across the organization with respect to employee performance management, including to manage the semi-annual and annual performance review processes, employee discipline and terminations.
· Oversee employee recruiting function.
· Work with Director of Human Resources to update and implement the compensation strategy.
·Coordinate with TruHearing’s benefits providers to evaluate and maintain competitive benefits packages, including health, dental and vision insurance and other supplemental benefits.
