Human Resources Manager

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Manager will monitor all Human Resources functions for the manufacturing and retail facilities in Mesa, AZ area. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for implementing company policies and managing procedures in a fair and consistent manner. This position is responsible for supporting managers and staff, overseeing the timely completion of performance evaluations, maintenance of personnel records and filing system, performing applicable investigations, providing assistance with disciplinary and grievance issues, as well as supporting the full cycle recruitment process, training and benefits administration. This position must have extensive knowledge of labor employment laws.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
