The Project Assistant is mainly responsible for implementing improvement projects for Service Processes and interdepartmental processes. If necessary daily operations and tasks have to be carried out.
Project Assistant Responsibilities
Support project coordinator implementing improvement projects in the Tool Room (key word Industry 4.0).
Create work instructions and checklists using Microsoft standard software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Cooperate with other departments on project related tasks (eg. Team SAP).
Maintain orderly work and storage space for available tools and equipment.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Service Tool Supervisor, which may include, but are not limited to administrative functions and shop floor tasks.
Experience
Prior experience working on projects in a manufacturing environment. Detailed knowledge of the function of systems used to process data automatically (SAP, Power BI, Excel, common data bases).
Strong written and oral communication skills (English).
Education
High school graduate and a minimum of two-year degree from technical college or work equivalence. Proficiency in Microsoft office programs are a must.
