Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with collection of I-9 documents for new hires.
- Give direction on uploading docs in Workday.
- Facilitate conversations with employees around transfers and promotions.
- Assist with the discussion of pay changes regarding the transfer/promotion.
- Work with managers on both sides of the transaction to determine start dates and facilitate the entry of the transaction in Workday.
- Follow the transaction through the process ensuring that the appropriate steps are happening timely throughout the Workday approval process.
- Assist with research in Workday and with managers/supervisors to ensure employment decisions are made considering all of the facts.
- Respond to employee inquiries timely and ensure resolution (either by answering the questions or ensuring they get directed to the appropriate party timely)
- Review and approve routine transactions in Workday in a timely manner (Photo change, manager changes, etc.)
- Review routine performance management documentation and escalate to Sr. HRBP as needed.
- Assist with creation of training content on predetermined topics by going to the subject matter experts for validation and assistance.

- Proficient with Google applications and ability to learn Workday
- At least three to five years of HR Generalist experience or one year of HRBP experience preferred (junior level)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Stafford, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- HR Generalist OR HR Coordinator: 3 years (Preferred)
- Onboarding: 3 years (Preferred)
