Logistics Cordinator will work directly with dispatch to help with the day to day operations of a transportaion company. Duties will include:
Drivers Daily Paperwork including: Customs, Manifests, Rate Cons, Inspections, Permits and collecting all driver paperwork to be invoiced.
Inventory Control of incoming Rail Material: Entering into stock, Creating Railcar tracking documents, Requresting any additional documents from suppliers, Supplying customers with inventory updates.
Fuel Use Tracking: Tracking fuel usage per truck for IFTA and HUT filing
Vehicle Service Tracking: Logging all service on vehicles, review driver daily inspections for repairs needed, scheduleing planned maintanece.
Must have Experience with Microsoft Office, most imprtanly Excel and Outlook, Logistics experince is a plus not required, Pay review after 30 Days and 6 Months.
