As a developer, you will be responsible for leading a small team of developers to effectively plan, execute the implementation of new features for the company’s application while updating the existing ones. The company is leading the industry by providing on-demand direct marketing solutions. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a small development team to design, develop, test, and deliver software applications
- Follow Scrum Agile model for software development
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Takes ownership of their work and strives for flawless quality in their output
- Guide the team in building and maintaining best practices
- Work closely with product teams and stakeholders to identify risks at an early stage
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as an application developer
- Proficient with Java and PWA (progressive web applications)
- Experience in PHP, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript is an added advantage
- A highly motivated individual with a passion for solving complex problems
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and collaboration skills
