TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions, LLC Hiring for Member Onboarding Specialist at Remote Full Time

TurningPoint is seeking a Member Onboarding Specialist (Sales Development Representative) to join its growing Digital Joint and Spine Team. Reporting to the Director of Care Navigation, the individual in this role will proactively reach out to members identified as appropriate for our products and programs to get them started on their journey to better health and quality of life. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills, a solution-oriented passion for customers/members/patients, as well as the empathy and persuasiveness necessary to get the job done. This position is 100% remote and includes performance-based incentive compensation.
What you’ll work on:

• Make outbound phone calls to members who have been identified as good candidates for our clinical self-management applications and explain the benefits of the applications to them
• Guide members who wish to download a self-management application through the process of download and registration if necessary
• Help with limited trouble-shooting and re-direct to our member support team if necessary
• Provide an exceptional experience to our customers’ members

What we are looking for:

• Phone/Call-center experience preferred
• Flexibility to learn a new mobile application and guide others through download and use
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and Excel)
• Comfort communicating with members/patients over the phone
• Patience and active listening skills
• Someone who is internally driven and self-motivated
