This key individual is responsible to help create positive working relationships at all levels of the communities in the assigned region(s). The position will also assist in the development, deployment, and monitoring of the company’s recruitment and retention initiatives in the served areas.
The successful candidate will
oversee recruitment and retention activities and programs for skilled nursing and assisted living communities while providing onsite support as needed;
source key vacancy and at times community candidates for employment using a variety of marketing strategies;
support Human Resources Coordinators, payroll clerks, and Medical Recruiters, if applicable; and,
support the Regional Vice President as directed.
Position Requirements
3+ years of experience as a human resource professional/manager in the long-term care industry;
Degree in human resources preferred, but will consider candidates with successful recruitment and retention experience in the long-term care industry;
Excellent oral and written and communication skills;
Strong analytical skills;
Results driven;
Experience in Paycom Preferred
Ability to perform overnight travel;
