Human Resources Specialist/Business Administrator – Full Time, Remote (with minimal travel)
Job Description:
The Human Resources Specialist / Business Administrator will be responsible for helping with HR administrative work including employee record keeping, I-9 management, benefit coordination, recruiting and selecting employee activities, implementing effective employee training programs, monitoring HR email, conducting payroll, and necessary reporting. This person will also be responsible for Business Administration activities such as data entry, A/P entry, and A/R monitoring, as well as serve as an administrative assistant to the CEO & CFO.
Responsibilities:
· Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
· Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors
