Job Description

Twin Cities Academy (6-12) is seeking a high school English teacher for the 2021-2022 school year.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree, MN license or the ability to obtain a waiver (school will support a waiver for the best qualified person, if necessary).

Preferred: Experience working in an urban educational environment, Master’s degree. Experience with culturally responsive teaching practices and dedication to educational equity and inclusion in a college-preparatory program.

Twin Cities Academy is an urban, college preparatory, public charter school located in East Saint Paul, and serving students in grades 6-12. The school’s mission emphasizes academic rigor, leadership development, character building, and community engagement. We have a history of success including being designated consistently as a “Reward” school by the Minnesota Department of Education.
