To build on this momentum, we’re searching for a highly qualified Fashion Social Media Specialist to join us. Who will be developing high-quality outputs and represent our company by building a social media presence for our brands.
To be a successful in this role, you should focus on appealing to consumers’ interests by creating engaging material. A top-notch Fashion Social media specialist should back their expertise by creating and sharing all relevant technical documents
Must have 3+ years’ experience, a Bachelor’s degree and a passion for producing engaging content. We are B2C/B2B e-commerce start-up, so any previous experience is a plus. We are looking for someone who can provide creative brand image ideas.
You will be responsible for creating original text, image and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a Fashion Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets. Manage, create and publish original, high-quality content.
2. Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
3. Conducting research to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.
4. Developing the right voice for each social media platform and for each brand.
5. Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
6. Updating existing material, generate novel work, and identify new ways to reach
7. Running company social media advertising campaigns.
8. Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
9. Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
10. Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
11. Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints on each of our accounts to promote company initiatives.
12. Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
13. Monitoring social media and company website metrics and prepare weekly reports.
14. Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
15. Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing , Social Media, Advertising, or a similar field.
· Experience creating strong, engaging content in fashion industry.
· Proven work experience as a Social media strategist or Social media manager in Fashion companies.
· A portfolio of applicable outputs.
· An understanding of SEO best practices and web traffic metrics
· Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
· Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
· Strong listening and communication skills.
· The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
· Preview App Sufficient Familiar with Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube and Pinterest .
· Understanding of graphic design principles.
· Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.
· Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
