Summary:
Manages the daily operations of Talent Acquisition team to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

Work Schedule: Full Time Days

Responsibilities:
Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.

Manages staff relations including employee engagement, performance management, and conflict management, including scheduling, workload leveling and tracking performance to established recruiting metrics. Builds and maintains system-level relationships with department managers to ensure Talent Acquisition meets the staffing needs of the organization.

Provides first level issue resolution for recruitment and selection concerns. Demonstrates current knowledge of and compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities.

Monitors the sourcing and selection processes to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

The pay range for this position is: $43.25 – $69.19 / hour.

An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
