Cedar Springs Hospital COVID-19 Vaccination Mandate
In accordance with Colorado state public health order, all healthcare workers must be vaccinated, and the Company must verify vaccine status. Pursuant to this public health order, the following modes constitute as proof of vaccination:
A COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card (issued by the Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Disease Control & Prevention or WHO Yellow Card) which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided, and date last dose administered would suffice.

Qualifications
Requirements: Requires analytical skills, high level clinical skills, and knowledge of mental health statutes, ethical and legal practice implications. Requires knowledge and understanding of EMTALA regulations and state requirements for involuntary commitments. Requires organizational, verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills, grammar and spelling, the ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, regulatory agencies, etc. using strong interpersonal communications skills. Ability to exercise professional independent judgment in planning own work, formulating recommendations and making decisions.
Education
Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling required. Preferred of at least one year of experience with crisis work and mental health evaluations. Unlicensed and licensed individuals considered. If licensed, Colorado licensure must be in good standing meeting state requirements for enacting involuntary holds (e.g.: CSW, LPC, MFT) with two years of mental health experience.
