Position Responsibilities
Support the annual bonus and compensation review process.
Evaluate job descriptions, internal data and market data to formulate appropriate job level and salary recommendations for new hires, promotions or other internal equity review requests.
Perform in-depth analysis on compensation-related inquiries; partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to determine type, scope and purpose of analyses.
Collect data required from appropriate sources and respond to assigned salary surveys.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
PHR certification a plus.
4 years’ experience in Human Resources or office environment.
2 years’ experience in Compensation or a related field.
