Position Responsibilities
- Manage assigned construction and facilities projects.
- Manage day-to-day processes of assigned projects.
- Review and approve associated contracts, schedules and drawings.
- Create and maintain budget records.
- Conduct visits to audit both project sites and vendors’ work. Provide regular and accurate project updates through completion.
- Work with local government agencies regarding zoning permitting and other building regulations when applicable.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction engineering or civil engineering.
- 2+ years supervisory experience in construction management.
- CAD experience a plus.
- Available for travel to Uline’s domestic and international branches, plus other off-site locations.
