Position Responsibilities

• Deliver Uline University training programs including orientation, onboarding, team building, professional skill and leadership skill development.

• Facilitate additional learning events by request from business leaders either in-person, online, or remote.

• Partner with key stakeholders and conduct needs analysis to design and develop effective programs aligned to business objectives.

• Leverage instructional design practices and learning technology tools to identify the best solution to meet the business need.

• Identify key metrics for learning effectiveness and monitor results to continually improve course offerings.

• Coordinate new program implementation with HR Business Partners and Trainers across the organization.

• Coordinate with Training and Development team to execute annual training plan and complete team projects.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

• Industry certifications preferred (eg DDI, DiSC, MBTI).

• 3 years previous experience in Training Design and Delivery.

• Previous management or supervisory experience strongly preferred.

• Available for travel to Uline’s branch and international locations.
