Position Responsibilities
Review monthly Human Resources financial activity to identify key trends and variances.
Aggregate data and provide insightful, actionable, and accurate financial reporting analysis to management.
Partner with Human Resources management and Finance to develop and review the annual budget and forecast.
Analyze variance reporting of P&L accounts.
Translate business opportunities and challenges into financial analysis with actionable recommendations to management.
Review general ledger and accounting entries for accuracy.
Support key initiatives, projects and requests within Uline’s Human Resources department.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting or Finance.
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.
Well adept in Microsoft Excel and Word. SQL and Workday a plus.
