Position Responsibilities

• Lead Uline’s human resources (HR) operations for 200+ employees.

• Collaborate with leadership on recruitment strategies, development plans, performance management and employee engagement.

• Provide guidance on employee relations and matters of corrective action.

• Help manage company organizational structure, roles, responsibilities and staffing levels.

• Communicate and administer company benefits and compensation plans.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.
  PHR certification preferred.

• 7+ years HR and recruiting experience, including 2 – 3 years management experience.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workday. 

• Thorough knowledge of federal and Florida state labor and employment laws.

• Skilled in high-growth recruitment strategies for warehouse / distribution and shift environment.

• Able to travel to recruitment events.

• MUST be available to travel for an extended period for initial training at Uline’s other domestic locations.
