Position Responsibilities

Help extract and interpret data to support HR initiatives like recruiting, compensation and staffing.

Manage weekly and monthly reports and assist with analysis projects that impact our company’s long-term success.

Ensure data accuracy in HR systems, focusing on Workforce Planning and position management.

Gather requirements to enhance and develop current processes and reports.
Minimum Requirements

This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with SQL or PowerBI a plus.

Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
