We are looking for a Recruiter/HR Specialist to help us achieve our hiring goals by developing a recruitment process that engages prospective employees. The Recruiter/HR Specialist will be responsible for finding top talent and helping align team goals with the business goals. This position will also be responsible for assisting with performance reviews, one-on-ones, and succession planning.
The Recruiter/HR Specialist will play a key role in evolving the hiring process and creating incentive and retention strategies across the organization. This individual will be well versed in multiple recruitment strategies and state and federal employee regulations and should be willing to elevate their own personal leadership by collaborating effectively within a highly team-centric environment. This position reports directly to the Owner/CEO.

OBJECTIVES
Recruit talent into the company who are aligned with the Mission, Vision, and Values of our business
Hit recruitment targets on a monthly basis
Execute strategic planning that tailors hiring, benefits, career development, succession planning and employee policies to help drive business goals
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Manage the overall screening, interviewing, candidate selection, and closing process
Implement plan to support 1:1 meetings and staff meetings in ways that lift engagement and speed development
Attends and participates in job fairs, recruiting sessions, and on-site interviews
Provide guidance on compliance and other common HR-related matters
Ensure incentive plans and fair wages are consistent by creating, reviewing and modifying plans
Develop customized job descriptions, performance review processes and cross-training strategies
Create and manage the onboarding and new hire process
Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of relevant work in Human Resources or related field
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area of study
Proficient knowledge of G-Suite/Microsoft Office products
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
This position will require travel – up to 15%
