Patient Care and Administrative Support Position Available
Patient Care
- Prepare patients for procedures and provide clear explanations of exams
- Assists technologists and physicians during diagnostic radiology procedures
- Help address general questions and concerns from patients
Administrative Support
- Perform scheduling, registration, and insurance verification duties
- Obtain prior authorizations and offer financial counseling to patients
- Handle cashiering, release of information, and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in stocking and setting up procedure rooms
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Medical Terminology knowledge preferred
- Experience in a hospital or medical environment is a plus
- Customer service experience is advantageous
- Basic Life Support certification may be required
