We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support Talent Acquisition of new independent professionals to our talent pool as well as support the process of identifying the right professional for a particular project.
This job is 100% remote – our rapidly growing firm was born virtual in 2015 and we plan to continue to have all team members work remotely.
You will have a flexible schedule with a target of working ~30 hours per week. Multiple employees on our team are stay-at-home-parents who take part of the day to drop off and pick up kids at school.
Your responsibilities will include:
– Reaching out to independent professional not yet in our talent pool, inviting them to join
– Speaking with independent professionals to answers their questions about joining and to understand their background
– Classifying the skills of independent professionals in the database
– Identifying talent who could be a good fit for a particular project
– Reaching out to talent to check their availability / interest in projects
Qualifications
– Most important is a high level of curiosity about the world of management consulting. A good base of knowledge on the business world and consulting in particular would be helpful.
– Great phone communication skills
– Top 5% in attention to detail, responsiveness, and conscientiousness
– A background in talent acquisition / recruiting is helpful but not necessarily required
