As our next Recruiter, you’ll join a small, high powered People team to partner with the business on reaching our lofty headcount goals!
What you’ll do:
- Full lifecycle recruiting from start to finish: building pipeline, pushing candidates through the process, and negotiating offers
- Understand our unique business needs and partner with hiring managers to hire the next generation of Underdog employees
- Create an exceptional, high touch candidate experience and evangelize the importance of this in staying competitive as an employer of choice
- Own and define inclusive hiring processes that can scale to build out diverse pipelines
- Contribute to side projects related to employer brand, onboarding, and other People operations needs
Who you are:
- 1+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house
- Highly curious – you’re interested in asking questions, speaking up, and raising concerns when needed
- Action-oriented, with the ability to push things forward to drive results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an extreme commitment to detail
- Competitive spirit and desire to make an impact

Our targeted compensation rate for this position is between $70,000 and $110,000, depending on experience, plus equity. Below you’ll find a few of our perks:
