Unicom Wireless Inc Hiring for Cell Tower Technician / Tower Climber Job at Tampa, FL Full Time

MUST HAVE MIN OF 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE. We are looking for Tower Hands, Top Hands, Crew Leads and Foremen to join our Tampa Florida Market Team. The primary focus of the team will be on the installation, construction, maintenance of various wireless technologies for various Wireless Carriers (VZW, TMO, DISH and AT&T).

Cell Tower Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

• Abide by all state and federal safety regulations and standards (OSHA, ANSI, Company, Client, etc.) while working in an efficient and productive manner.
• Required to work at heights installing telecom equipment and materials to include mounts, microwaves, radios, antennas and lines on towers and structures of various designs.
• Capable of lifting more than 70lbs and posses mechanical/technical skills.
• Interprets various documents (e.g. blueprints, diagrams, manufacturer specifications, etc.) to ensure proper installation of antenna systems using technical expertise, and knowledge of blueprints and diagrams.
• A willingness to travel when required.
• Capable of fostering team work while maintaining accountability, integrity and a positive attitude.

Cell Tower Technician Skills/Qualifications:

• Physically Able to Climb
• Fiber Testing (ODM,JDSU)
• Sweep and PIM Testing (Foreman)
• Antenna Alignment Tool (Sunsight/3Z)
• RET Controller (ATC200 Lite)
• Hand and Power Tool Skills
