The Assistant Director of Benefits will perform generalist functions in the areas of benefit administration, new employee orientation, web page administration, and general employment.

Pay status and classification: Exempt, Regular full-time
Position purpose: Administers employee benefits (e.g. health, wellness, retirement, etc.) and serves as the main point of contact for faculty and staff members regarding benefit inquiries and provides guidance on benefit options and related matters. Plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall well-being and satisfaction of employees.

The expected rate for this position is $60,000.00 – $64,000.00. Except for roles with a set rate of pay, the wage/salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The stated hiring rate/range represents the College’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate/range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
