Assistant Director of Intercultural Affairs
Pay
Status and Classification: Exempt, Regular full-time
Supervisor: Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) for
Student and Institutional Success/Director of Intercultural Affairs
Position Purpose: Supports programming and
initiatives across all student populations to help create a sense of belonging. Collaborates with the Director and other campus partners to
develop and implement training opportunities focused on justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion for student organizations and individual
students as part of overarching student leadership development.

The annual salary range
for this position is $60,000-$61,800. Except for roles with a set rate of pay, the wage/salary of the finalist selected for this role
will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education,
licenses, specialty, and training. The stated hiring rate/range represents the College’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the
rate/range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
