Internal Communications and Project Intake Manager
Pay status and classification: Exempt, Regular full-time.
Work Location: This position is a hybrid role and eligible to work remotely 1-2 days per week, based on the business needs.
Supervisor: Vice President for Communications and Marketing (VPCM)
Position purpose: In collaboration with the Vice President for Communication and Marketing, this role is responsible for developing and implementing a robust internal communications strategy while overseeing the intake process for new organizational projects. As the primary contact point for internal stakeholders seeking communications and marketing support, this position works closely with the communications and marketing team to assess and prioritize these requests, ensuring they are appropriately addressed by the organization.
The Internal Communications and Project Intake Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing organizational communication and ensuring project alignment with the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, proficiency in project management, and a strong ability to foster collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$70,000.00. Except for roles with a set rate of pay, the wage/salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The stated hiring rate/range represents the College’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate/range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
