Unique Setting of New York is one of the largest and most prestigious bridal jewelry manufacturers in the U.S.A. We service over 5,000 independent jewelers across the country in addition to multi store chains, major department stores and e-tailers.

USNY has a large customer service and commercial sales department, comprised of over 25 team member, located in NYC and our overseas office, which is currently run by our General Manager of Sales.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILTIES

Sales and Marketing: Strategizing, establishing, and attaining sales goals.

• Forecasting and overseeing strategic Sales plan for company.
• Ensuring sales department meets sales targets, goals, and objectives.

• Developing and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Negotiating contracts with brick-and-mortar stores and e-tailers, both current and prospective
• Creating company collateral to support the Sales function
• Promotes clear communication between departments – ensuring everyone is on the same page.
• Design the right Sales organization for optimal performance; train, manage and support the Sales team and outside Sales group
• Comply with policies, standards, and work-rules.

Customer Service:

• Ensuring customer inquiries are responded to in a professional and timely manner.

• Ensuring communication is appropriately and responsibly being delivered to appropriate departments.
• Implementing and educating customer service department on various promotions and sales incentives
• Assists with interviewing and selection process of new hires for department, ensuring that non- discriminatory laws and guidelines are followed.
• Trains and educates employees on Company policies and work rules

Experience:

· 7 years in a sales role

· minimum 3 years as senior management sales

· Masters, or significant experience, Masters Degree preferred

· Proficient MS Office

· Highly Motivated individual with positive attitude

· Self-Starter

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
