The HR Business Partner is responsible for teaming with business unit leaders to define and deliver innovative, strategic, initiatives and solutions that align with our Core4 values. Must be an inspiring HR Champion in many areas, including but not limited to employee engagement, acquisition, talent management, training/coaching/mentoring leaders, performance management, regulatory compliance and employee relations. The HRBP will also collaborate closely with HR COE’s and other Business Partners to influence and implement HR strategies and objectives.
Partner with and provide HR guidance and support their client group with strategic objectives. This includes, workforce planning and development, organizational development, performance management, org design, HR employment practices, rewards and recognition strategies, DEI, employee relations, and organizational planning
Partner with HR COE’s to influence the development and implementation of initiatives for talent development, talent management, employee engagement, talent movement, and DEI planning and strategy
Build and maintain positive and productive relationships with client groups to really learn about the business you support and integrate with the business to identify and deliver sustainable solutions and programs for leaders
Leverage HR data/metrics to aid in decision making and story telling

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
BA/BS degree in Human Resources / Labor Relations or a related field, or 4 years equivalent work experience preferred
4+ years of dynamic HR experience with emphasis on business partnerships, direct experience supporting business leaders, employee advocacy, change activities, HR administration
Strong collaborator who is highly effective at building partnerships at all organizational levels, union representatives and other HR support teams
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in understanding and and presenting data
High level of emotional intelligence to build strong, trusting work relationships, maintain confidences and deliver fair, equitable solutions
Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal) with strong customer orientation
Ability to create influential presentations and present content to audiences
Must be self-motivated and have an enhanced ability to use good business judgment in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, employee matters and deadlines
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
HR Industry Certification preferred (PHR / SPHR/ SHRM – CP/SCP)
Previous experience supporting union, exempt, and non-exempt employees
2+ years of operational leadership
2+ years of management experience in a unionized environment
