Job overview and responsibilities
Develop and deliver an innovative recruitment strategy for United’s talent needs
Responsible for leading a team of recruiters, tasked with the sourcing and recruiting processes necessary to fill open or anticipated positions
Provide ongoing leadership, coaching and direction to team
Meet regularly with leaders to maintain relationships and understand overall talent needs
Manage an active requisition load as well as manage a pipeline of passive candidates at all times
This individual is a team player and collaborator who will actively contribute to the evolution of the Talent Acquisition group
Ability to use and leverage data to inform business decisions
Design and share scorecards to keep leaders apprised of status and progress of talent initiatives to measure progress, identiy opportunities, etc
Create and promote sourcing strategies and lead innovative talent acquisition projects that will faciliate the continous improvement of internal talent attraction and talent movement processes across the enterprise
Will partner with our HR Business Partners and Diversity & Inclusion team to define and address DEI needs/opportunities for our internal clients, as well as represent United brand at career fairs, community and civic events
The salary for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 3 years prior experience leading a team with direct reports
Minimum 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience; preferably in a large corporate setting
Evidence of excellence in client service
Experience recruiting high volume in a Corporate and/or Operations environment
Proactive, resourceful, collaborative and self-motivated
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Internet savvy and technical ability to utilize applicant tracking systems and other technologies (video interviewing, mobile, texting)
Must be able to effectively manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel as needed
Comprehensive understanding of recruiting and operations practices, programs, and plans
Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting program administration
Thorough understanding of federal and state laws and regulations relating to employment
Strong analytical skills
Must be customer focused and maintain successful working relationships at all levels
Strong social media intel and can effectively leverage for recruiting
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office as well as Apple products
Adept at developing sourcing strategies for large-scale staffing projects
Ability to deliver and create a convincing narrative through data and metrics
Experience managing a large budget
Ability to navigate through multi-layered environment
Demonstrated understanding of Change Management
Ability to communicate effectively with leaders and partners at all levels
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred
Prior usage of CRM, and other recruitment pipelining tools
Strong communication skills through media as well as in person
3-5 years prior experience leading recruitment for IT in a corporate environment
3-5 years Taleo experience preferred
PHR or SPHR
Talent Advisor certification
