JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB SKILLS REQUIRED:

• This is a full-time position, in office at Bellingham, MA
• Minimum 5 years experience as a junior accountant, all phases
• Able to prepare financial statements
• Must be very proficient in QuickBooks, Excel and Word
• Position will report to the CFO

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MULTIPLE COMPANIES:

• AR trade receivables collection calls and review with management at weekly meeting
• AP trade payables for payment and review with management at weekly meeting
• Prepare and submit bank borrowing base certificates (BBC) to CFO for review, monthly
• Prepare and submit financial statements and related to CFO for review, monthly
• Reconcile bank statements for CFO review, monthly
• Make bank deposits and record on QuickBooks, as needed
• Collect and submit payroll hours to CFO for review, bi-monthly
• Prepare and submit inventory parts report to CFO for review, monthly
• Prepare and submit shop labor report to CFO for review, monthly
• Prepare and keep current CAPEX worksheet for CFO review, weekly
• Parts inventory invoicing, daily
• Enter data into overseas parts data worksheet, as needed
• Prepare and submit cash report to CFO for review, weekly
• Review sales orders for credit card information, daily
• Filing, as needed
• Other tasks, as assigned

Salary, Benefits and Other:

• Salary commensurate with experience, paid bi-weekly
• Single individual medical coverage, 90% paid for by the company

• Paid two weeks vacation, after 6 months

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,831.00 – $51,496.00 per year
