United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry is representing a well-established, successful charter school with Associate Teacher positions in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and the Bronx. This unique teaching vacancy seeks individuals with a passion and commitment outside academics. We are not looking for a Teacher with years of experience but instead an individual with 1-2 years of experience working as a Research Assistant, Teacher’s Assistant at the College level, Graduate Assistant, Tutor, and Camp Counselor. You will have the knowledge and ability to teach any of the following: Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Literature and History to students, in grades 6-12.
- Salary $50,000

Requirements for the Associate Teacher:
- Proficient in the subject matter
- Previous teaching experience as a TA, RA, Tutor, Camp Counselor
- Excellent communication skills
- College Graduate
- Enjoy working with children
- Any extracurricular involvement in clubs, sports, student engagement
